Wildworks is a bespoke training course that aims to support people to pursue a career in conservation.
Over a six-week period participants will work towards achieving a variety of AQA’s including risk assessment, team working, woodland management, horticulture and wildlife surveying, supported by a member of the Myplace team.
One participant said: “Wildworks has helped me to develop life skills, like using tools and feeling more confident. It’s something different that you wouldn’t usually ever have the chance to do and I feel like I have learnt so much. I’ve enjoyed working as part of a team and meeting new people. It’s a great reason to get out of the house.”
