E is for...Events

From toddlers to time alone, woodland wandering and watching wildlife – we have events for all at Brockholes, and if you haven’t tried them, where have you been?
E is for...

Weekly walking events are free of charge, to encourage a healthy lifestyle, and a chance to step outside and enjoy our wildlife sanctuary. These events are popular with varying groups of people, and with a chance to enjoy fresh cake and tea in our restaurant afterwards, what could be better?

For toddlers, we have our weekly educational group, Nature Tots. A weekly sell-out, Nature Tots allows your little ones to get in touch with nature, explore Brockholes and get stuck into some fun outdoor activities! Every Friday throughout school term times, your tickets are available online and you get free parking for the day as well!

On top of our usual weekly events, we hold a huge variety of seasonal activities for people of all ages. Whether you want to dress as a pirate, or explore the dipping ponds, walk around after dark or hold a camp fire in the woods, our huge range of events are created to educate, introduce people to nature and wildlife, and to inspire generations to help the natural world around them.

The best way to learn more about our events is by attending them! So click the link below, see what tickles your fancy and come and join in – you won’t regret it!
