    Brockholes Nature Reserve has a vacancy for a Sous Chef to join the Restaurant Team.

    The successful individual will be required to assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high quality hot and cold food for the site’s catering operation to ensure that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds visitor’s expectations.

    A food preparation and cooking qualification is essential, preferably to NVQ level 2 or 3, combined with previous experience of working in a high turnover quick service catering environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in menu planning and stock ordering along with having excellent standards of customer service and exceptional organisational skills.
