Actors in an open air production of Pride and Prejudice at Brockholes, by Heartbreak ProductionsHoorah! Heartbreak Productions is pleased to announce that the Prince Regent is coming to visit. You are hereby required to attend an etiquette lesson hosted by The Association of Higher Etiquette and Manners (A.H.E.M.), who will educate you in the politesse of high society.

Join Heartbreak, the Bennet sisters, and a host of charming young bachelors (yes, Mr Darcy will be there. No really, yes, that Mr Darcy) for an evening of comedy, romance, and more than one come-uppance, as we learn how to behave, ahem, properly.

Champagne and cucumber sandwiches are permitted at this outdoor adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, but do ensure you know how to properly use a napkin, remember to chew with your mouths closed, and please try not to fall in love with Mr Darcy, as we believe he is very soon to be engaged. (You may also want to bring a blanket or chair to sit on and an umbrella, should the weather look inclement).

Children must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. The production is recommended for children aged 8+.

Pirate Pearl and the Big Blue Monster

Wednesday 29 August, 3pm – 6pm (last entry 4pm)
Prices from £10 adult or child/£36 family of four. BOOK HERE.

An illustration of the Pirate Pearl and the Big Blue Monster theatre performanceSet sail on this swashbuckling high sea adventure, especially for little pirates (ages 3+) and their grown-ups! Hop aboard the good ship Mirabel and join our rollicking adventures on the high seas.

Pirate Pearl lives with her crusty old crew, Barnacle the dog and Mr Puskins the cat. One day, Pearl finds a stowaway onboard ship. It’s a baby monster, but, if you feed a baby monster, it grows into a BIG, CLUMSY MONSTER!

Will baby monster ever find his mummy or will Pearl be stuck with smelly bums and stinky nappies FOREVER?! With songs, puppets and live music, this fantastic family show will have you singing along, dancing in the aisles and laughing till your sides split.
