The Brockholes Team are delighted to announce their recent award, the Best Wedding Venue by the Water.

The award, voted for couples who married at Brockholes in 2018 or 2019, or those who have booked their wedding here for 2019 and 2020, was organised by the Wedding Fair company, Little White Books. 

The initial voting started in September with nominations for various categories, where Brockholes was placed in the Best Venue by the Water, and Best Creative Space categories.

We were then shortlisted, and eventually made it to the final three - which was an incredible achievement on its own.

Brockholes Wedding Coordinator, Gillian Rabbett, who collected the award at the stunning ceremony held at Stanley House said: "This is a wonderful achievement for us all at Brockholes and we are over the moon to have won.

"Thank you so much to our couples, and suppliers who have supported us and make us look the very best we can be.

"Congratulations to our competitors - this was an extremely tough category to be part of.

"The beauty of Brockholes is that while you enjoy your special wedding day, you are also helping protect and preserve the 250-acre nature reserve which we are nestled in."
